Oatmeal Banana Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk (or any preferred liquid)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
