Creamy Avocado Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup spinach or kale
- 1 cup almond milk (or any preferred liquid)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
- Peel the ripe banana and break it into smaller pieces.
- In a blender, combine the avocado, banana, spinach or kale, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup (if desired).
- If desired, add a few ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
